Sarah E. Phillips, LCSW, CCBTS

Psychotherapist specializing in solution-focused, evidence-based practice. Let's help you live your best life.

Services & Fees

I provide therapy via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to adults and adolescents. Utilizing evidence-based therapy models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, we'll work together to form an individualized plan to improve your life in concrete ways.

Therapy can help enhance emotional well-being by:

  • Reducing stress, anxiety, depression, distraction, and emotional reactivity

  • Increasing self-esteem, confidence, and clarity in decision-making

  • Improving relationships through building empathy, enhancing self-compassion, and developing effective communication skills

My fee for psychotherapy is $190 per session, and $250 for couples and child and adolescent eating disorder treatment.  I accept private pay and HSA/FSAs. I am also happy to provide you with an invoice for Out-of-Network reimbursement.
